The Bunya Mountains and District Amateur Radio Club consists of 15 members from the Western Downs and South Burnett Area. We own and operate 3 Amateur Repeaters within our district. A 2m & 70cm Repeater, VK4RET, is located on Mount Kiangarow at the Bunya Mountains. Situated at 1,145 metres above sea level, it's the highest point on the Bunya Mountains and provides un-surpassed coverage to our local area. The 70cm Repeater is linked to a WIRES-X Node, providing worldwide access. We also have a 2m Repeater within Dalby, providing a range of approximately 20km from Dalby.
